Executive Team
Here are the women dedicating their time and energy to make Vancouver Thetas, the Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, what it is today.

Alanna Sundberg - President
Alanna pledged Beta Upsilon in 2013 and is currently living in Chilliwack, BC. She has been on the alumnae executive since 2015, serving previously as the Vice President, Events Coordinator, and Young Alumnae Liaison. Alanna graduated from Sauder School of Business in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Marketing, with a minor in Psychology. She currently works at a local non-profit pet therapy organization, BC Pets and Friends, as their Volunteer Coordinator. In her role, she also assists with marketing and donation campaigns.

Ashley Ross - VICE President
Ashley pledged Beta Upsilon in 2003, previously served as President on the alumnae executive, and is bringing her incredible experience to the role of Vice President.

Jenn Orr - Treasurer
Jenn pledged Beta Chi in 2015. In addition to being alumnae Treasurer since 2024, she currently serves as the Ritual Advisor for the Beta Upsilon chapter. Jenn founded and manages her better-for-you, functional craft soda business - Popoff.

Jessica McIntosh - SECRETARY
Jessica pledged Beta Upsilon in 2011 and is living in Kelowna, BC. While her first position on the alumnae executive, Jessica held multiple positions during her time at UBC, serving as Events Coordinator, sitting on MDC, and helping girls find their home as a Recruitment Counsellor.

Paramdeep Montgomery - WEBSITE COORDINATOR
Param pledged Beta Upsilon in 2013 and is now located in Merritt, BC. This is her first alumnae position and she is looking forward to serving on the Alumnae Chapter Board. She graduated from UBC in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and later graduated from BCIT with a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Engineering.

Venetia Guld - Young Alumnae Liaison
Venetia pledged Beta Upsilon in 2011. This is her first position serving on the Alumnae Chapter Board. She lives on Vancouver’s North Shore. Venetia holds a BA in Sociology from UBC and an MBA from SFU Beedie’s Management of Technology program.

Create monthly newsletter, manage social media accounts and posts.
Alumnae Chapter Event Coordinator
Plans and coordinates chapter social events and gatherings, including Founders Day.
Alumnae Chapter Philanthropy Director
Leads and organizes chapter service and fundraising initiatives, including Theta’s Day of Service.
